1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Sabee platform (website, parent and admin mobile applications), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using our services.

2. Service Description

Sabee is a digital platform for daycare centers in Kazakhstan, including mobile apps for parents, teachers, and administrators, client CRM, finance, analytics, incidents, meals, schedules, messaging, support, and management tools.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, actions under your account, and promptly removing staff who should no longer have access. Using the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unrelated purposes is prohibited.

4. Privacy

We collect and process personal data under our Privacy Policy. The daycare confirms it has lawful basis and necessary consents to enter child, parent, and staff data into Sabee.

5. Daycare and Staff Responsibility

The daycare is responsible for data accuracy, role management, and actions of its staff, invited users, and administrators. Sabee is not responsible for data disclosures caused by daycare user mistakes, misuse, negligence, or incorrect access settings.

6. User Content

Users are responsible for text, photos, videos, incidents, messages, files, and finance data they upload. Illegal, excessive, offensive, inaccurate, or unrelated content is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content on the Sabee platform are the property of Sabee LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabee provides the service "as is" and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, reputational harm, daycare user actions, incorrect access settings, inaccurate user-entered data, or service interruptions not caused by our fault.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
