By using the Sabee platform (website, parent and admin mobile applications), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using our services.

2. Service Description

Sabee is a digital platform for daycare centers in Kazakhstan, providing daily child reports, parent notifications, attendance tracking, and administrative management tools.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes is prohibited. Sabee may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Children's data is stored solely within the scope of the daycare's educational activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content on the Sabee platform are the property of Sabee LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sabee provides the service "as is" and is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions not caused by our fault.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
